A new piercing technique that involves the surgical implanting of the stud under the skin leaving the post or threaded part of the post exposed has come to the attention of the NHIAA.
Even though it is surgically implanted and must be surgically removed, it is considered jewelry and athletes will not be allowed to practice or compete with these piercings.
Please don't get one.

You'll find them under the Results tab. We had a great meet and two more swimmers qualified for States.
Unfortunately, they had problems with the timing system and did not get splits for most events.
Our next meet is this coming Friday at UVAC!

UVAC is closed today, Thursday Dec 27 so practice is cancelled. We will, therefore, NOT be able to play water polo today.
