We finally heard back from the producer and the hats will be available again this year! We last ordered them in 2010. They are great for after practice when it's below zero outside!
The order forms are in your email. Please bring the order form and a check for $30 (made out to Friends of Hanover Swimming) to practice by Friday if you would like to order one.
Both hats will be in black, white and maroon (not blue).
Some logistics . . .
Team suits must be ordered by midnight tonight!
Team T-Shirts & Sweats orders (& checks) must be turned in to Connor by practice tonight!
Boathouse jacket orders (& check) must be turned in to Kim by Friday.
Remember to turn in your Lapathon forms & checks to Mere. Everyone who collected at least $25 in donations gets a team t-shirt! (so put your size on the Lapathon form!)
And turn all the schools forms and user fee checks in to Kim!
Here's the instruction for ordering team suits. As in the past, girls suits have a choice of thin or fat straps, and the caps are silicon. THE DEADLINE IS NEXT WEDNESDAY! Hopefully, they will arrive in time for our first meet.

We will have the order forms for the team suits and spirit wear. (Bring your checkbook) The team suit and cap order must go in on Wednesday Nov 19 in order to arrive by our first meet.
Please bring all your forms, physicals and checks if you haven't turned them in to Kim already.
The Permission to Treat form was left out of the mailing this summer, so please be sure you have done that too.
Finally! The season is almost here. Sign ups and a bake sale are tomorrow, Nov 5th, at school in the Atrium.
All swimmers and divers need to fill out all the forms on the HHS Athletics page:
with both student and parent signatures and a check for the User Fee, and bring them to Kim in the Athletics Office. A current physical (within two years) is required.

The State meet went well on Sunday, after all the snow. The Girls came in 3rd and the Boys were 6th. We had a great time, with many personal bests, two firsts, and several new team records. The results from the State meet are posted on the Results page and the Team Records have been updated.

The Division II State Championships have been postponed until tomorrow, 12:30 warm-up, 2:00 start, due to an impending blizzard in Durham.
The Meet of Champions has been cancelled.
Due to room availability the banquet will be on Wednesday Feb 26th at 6:30 in the Cafeteria, instead of Tuesday as originally scheduled.
There will be no practice for those swimmers going to States tomorrow, THursday Feb 13, due to forecasted snow.
There will also be no practice Friday, so you can all get a good night's sleep.
See you Saturday at 12:15 for the bus to States!
